Multimediale Kunst aus Polen und Deutschland
Under the title TRANSMISSION, the Kunstverein Kunsthalle Hannover is developing an extensive, Polish-German urban art project which, in addition to its presence at the venues Städtische Galerie KUBUS and Kunsthalle Faust, will also intervene in the public space between the locations along the course of the Leine river with around 25 positions and use it as a multimedia venue.
TRANSMISSION thus goes beyond the traditional exhibition by offering a platform that not only brings together local and international artists, but also actively involves both exhibition visitors and the general public. The project encompasses a variety of art forms – from installations and sculptures to digital and interactive works – and is flanked by an accompanying programme.
